Child with anoxia who would likely have been institutionalized is making significant progress as a result of cord blood stem cell infusion.Chloe was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 18 months. She couldn't control the right side of her body. Likely had a stroke prior to birth. Parents had banked her cord blood when she was born. Condition has improved dramatically.
